No, the training programmes are fully adaptable to home, park or gym facilities.
I’m not going to make you do anything you are against and we can work around it but I am a massive advocate of exercise and how beneficial it is for our mental and physical well being and between us we can find a compromise and find you something to fall in love with.
No, its on your terms, however the longer you stay the better we can ensure the changes you make are permanent and what we implement works best for you.
I will send you examples and ideas, but no there is no strict plan to follow. I want you to be able to still live your life whilst creating new habits.
